Ron Sunshine, founder and president of Ron Sunshine Associates LLC, has been a respected leader in executive search since launching his firm in 1980. Born in New York City and attended of the University of Oklahoma, Ron began his recruiting career in St. Louis, quickly gaining recognition for his ability to connect top-tier talent with leading companies in the manufacturing sector.

With over four decades of experience, Ron has earned national credibility in the executive recruiting field. He served on the board of the Illinois Association of Personnel Consultants and most recently on the board the Executive Search Owners Association of Dallas-Fort Worth. A senior member of the Top Echelon Network of executive recruiters, Ron was honored with induction into the Top Echelon Hall of Fame in 2024—recognizing his long-standing commitment to excellence and integrity in search.

Outside of work, Ron enjoys playing golf, listening to music, and reading.
